We are a small local organization interested in promoting the arts and crafts of our community. In order to do this we need your help, which is why we handle each order with the care and respect it deserves. We hope this page answers any questions or concerns you might have with ordering through us, but if it doesn’t please contact us immediately.
Shipping Information
International shipping prices. All numbers are in Moroccan dirhams. We will email you the cost of shipping at the time of your order.

Transaction Process
Currently, because the major credit card processors, such as PayPal and Google Checkout, do not work within Morocco, we can only accept money through Western Union. If you are interested in purchasing a product, simply follow these steps:
- Click on the Purchase button when you see a product you would like to buy. A new window will open.
- Write your full address in the form provided and click send. When we receive your email we will reply with the price of the product + the price of shipping to your address.
- Then you will send us that amount through Western Union. To do this online, click here to choose which country you live in.
- If you do not have an account with Western Union, you will have to sign up for one. It costs nothing and only takes a moment. When you are signed in, select Morocco as the country you are sending money to and Money in Minutes as the service.
- The receiver will be our president, Laaziza Dahmane.
- Enter the amount we emailed you and follow the remaining instructions on the Western Union web site.
- When you have completed the transaction, email us at choroukacpfpe@hotmail.fr to let us know and we will ship your product. We will contact you a final time to inform you that your product is on its way.
Refund Policy
We take great care that each of our products are shipped to you safely. Since everything that we sell is a one of a kind product handmade within the Boudnib community and since we can only accept payments through Western Union at the time, we regret that we cannot offer refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
